Both very worth the listen!

Background music was provided by some totally wonderful and historic vinyl - at least the first LP we listened to was recorded at Expo 67. We listened to two Maynard Ferguson records: the first LP is titled Transcription by the Maynard Ferguson Sextet and was recorded at the Canadian Pavilion of Expo 67; and after that we heard Maynard Ferguson's Body & Soul LP. Both are totally worth checking out!

My apologies for being slow to get the blog updated; I totally missed listing last week's show. I am hoping to overcome my technical shortcomings and get a re-listen bar loaded on the blog so that you can check out the songs that you like again, just before you race out and purchase the CD.

Thanks for listening! Don't forget to enjoy at least a small portion of live music each and every week - it's not only good for the soul, but also for the body!
